We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• General contractual support and advisories for project management and other project functions
• Prepare and conduct Contract Awareness sessions and other training and conduct support as required for project team members
• Identify new opportunities within own area for optimum and enhanced utilization of contracts
• Identification, initiation, preparation, negotiation and administration of contract amendments and variations (VO/VOR) within projects and vs clients
• Seek advice by the Legal department when found necessary.
• Follow up of Subcontracts against sub suppliers
• Typical role can be Change Manager to lead and commercial follow up VO/VOR including writing contractual letters or Contract Advisor for commercial follow up of heavy subcontracts

• You should have min 10 years’ experience on following up contracts in an EPC project
• You should have knowledge of following up of contracts and subcontracts
